No consideration whatsoever!!!

I took out a loan with standard bank in september 2012. Had no idea I was gonna lose my job the following month and only managed to pay my 1st installment which was in october 2012.My monthly installment is R1236 -. I fell behind with 3 months installments. I got a call from the collections department in february whereby I was told to catch up with my arreas. I then made an arrangement with them where they can debit the usual amount of R1236 and I will then make an extra payment on my arreas. Today 29/04/2013 I find almost a whole R5000 debited from my account. Where no arrangement has been made, no warning or anything. I am 21 years of age and I take care of an entire family and still get so much money taken away from me. Gosh do you people have the right to do that to someone without a client's permission when you'rl had a different prior agreement? I would like to be given a call to cancel whatever accounts I have as I believe you'rl have no consideration for the wellbeing of your clients. Thank you for your initial help but clearly it was a mistake to believe you guys can be of help. Will make sure my debt is paid in full. bless
