Debt with Nedbank

I took out a personal loan at Nedbank in 2010, My financial circumstances changed very badly shortly after i received the personal loan, I got retrenched from work, Nedbank started threatening me with red reminder etc. I reported the metter to hello peter and i received a call from Nedbank advising that i need to send my income and expenditure, tried to send it but then i didn't hear anything from them after that. I spoke to that lady and advised her that i wasn't working and she bluntly told me that, the insurance will not cover for the loan, as if its my fault that the compony i worked for then, decided to close down. I'm extremely angry with this compony It has ruined my entire life, i reeally don't know what to do with them. I want to pay their money back but i have no means of paying them, i'm the bread winner at home, i get part time jobe but i have to mainatin the whole family, i'm not doing this on purpose, i honestly feel that nedbank doesn't care about his clients and i feel that i have been treated unfairly. I'm very angry at them, how will i get a proper job if they going to decide to blackmail me?? really now. I need them to get this matter sorted ASAP!!!
