Unacceptable action

I have a personal loan with Nedbank and i have been strugling to make payments to the account. This month i made an effort to call them and made an arrangement to pay the installment plus R1000.00 towards the arreas accumulated for the past months until it was settled.

The guy i spoke with agreed. Then on my pay day they debited the installment plus R4 500 of which was not agreed on.

I earn less. They swept my account and left me with nothing.
