Claiming I have two accounts

I have been receiving calls from people at Sanceda. They keep on calling to make payment arrangement with me for my outstanding loan that is in arreas with Getbucks.
I made a loan in June and failed to make my payment, that I n=know and acknowledge, I have made an arrangement with Sanceda last month to debit my bank account with R300 each month till my debt it is paid up, this arrangement is in place as my the first debit of R300 was done on 25 Setemmber 2013.
However other consultants are now claiming that this payment was not made and that I have two account with Getbucks. I Spoke to getbuck via online chat about this and apperently they say its for a refund that was done on the 31st May. My loan I made was on the 7th of may and the repayment was made on the 25 th, they are now claiming they double debited my account and then afterwards refunded me that second amount back. So this refund they talking about is now the second loan I appently took out..I dont understand this. If a company double dibuts and refunds your account, how can they not pick up on the mistake that same week/month or even the following month. How convienient is it that they waited for 4 months to collect?
