Old account still not updated as paid up on XDS

I am now honestly sick and tired of posting complaints and then getting feedback that this has been sent to XDS but its now a month later and still nothing has been done.

I had a one month loan which i took out on the 09 October 2012 last year, the debit order went off on time and the account was paid in full.

I recently aquired a copy of my XDS credit report only to find this was still showing active on my report. This is only one of many laons i took out which was also paid on time and paid in full, those i also complained about but was eventualy updated.

These people are quick to remind you of. Your payment thats due before hand and as soon as they receive payment they do not even bother updating it on ITC. Please send this request to XDS to have this account updated as paid up immediatley on XDS as this is now long overdue. The details of this account was opened on the 0 October 2012 amount R1500 acc no: 0201027107521633. This affects my credit scoring and affordability
