I am making a third party claim against Outsurance's client... They have not even assigned someone to attend to me - so much for "within 48 hours we will respond" It's been 4 days.

They made me run around for two weeks getting quotes, only to tell me that is not necessary.

Now legally my claim is against your client, who I will sue in her personal capacity for every single expence and inconvenience incurred while you took your royal time. Every time I call I get: "I'm sorry it's a legal claim it takes 6 - 8 weeks" translated: Jammer om van jou te hoor.

I'll remind you, I am the victim here. YOUR CLIENT DROVE INTO ME. BECAUSE SHE WAS SPEEDING AND NOT WATCHING WHERE SHE"S GOING AND DRIVING IN THE WRONG LANE!!! And she doesn't hold a valid SA license... So let us avoid court.
