I had a iPhone 4 32 GB that went in for repairs (water damage) in November 2012. It took - 2 months to get it back. It was sent back faulty (mic & speaker) It was again sent in and was returned faulty.By this time i was forced to purchase another phone. After that it was used to play games on it as it could not be used to make calls. Last week it went missing, we think it was at the Spur. So i put a claim in. It was rejected as it did not have a sim in it at the time it went missing. I would just like to know where it states in black and white that a phone must have a sim in it to claim from insurance. If it goes missing.
