Missing Cellphone that was taken for repairs

On 16 February I took my Nokia E5 to the repair shop in Greenacres, because it had a faulty speaker. A week later I called to check on progress of the phone and I was told that it was missing. Until this day the cellphone is missing, I have been loaned a Blackberry phone which sometimes switches off whilst I am still busy on it. I am a very unhappy customer.
