Claim still not paid out

Our electric fence was struck by lightning beginning of February. Claim reference number received on 7 February. Invoice and letter from company submitted explaining damage that was caused by lightning.
Several emails sent regarding the payment and to date this has not been responded to or paid. So much for having an insurance
