At DeJa-Vu Lodge we decided to have a internal telephone system for the convenience of our guests. In the beginning of march 2013 we reported that the system is faulty. After several attempts still failing to provided any service, we decided to communicate with emails. Previously the system was struck by lightning and we had to pay the damage, we asked about the policy about lightning they said that there is an additional fee to protect your system. We did pay the extra amount to ensure that our problem is sorted. Then again never seen the technician.(System still not working) Only on 23/04/2013 the pay a visit to our premisses assume that the problem is lightning again. Coert responded on the 08/05/ 2013 with an email that stated that the problem is lightning and a report. As well as a Quote to be paid again for the damage. We responded with the email stating that we did ask previously to install a lightning protector. We are not going to pay any additional fees so we can not afford this service any more and would like them to take out the system. We did not hear anything from them and decided to stop the debit order then only they responded till today the system is still not working.
