6 Months and still waiting

Why am I still waiting for my son's car to be fixed after the hail damage was assessed and approved more than 6 months ago? I have spoken to numerous of your "bend over backwards" staff and all of me promised to find out what the problem is. So far nothing, not even a copy of the assessment I've asked for. This is terrible service!
