Outsurance
4 months still no ca

This is my second complaint against outsurance because after more than 3 and a half months I still have got no service at all. After the first complaint outsurance did give me a AVIS car and told me that I would be driving this car for a week but it has been more or less a month later. They gave me a 1.4 Fiat Punto while I am waiting for my 2l turbo golf GTI. In the beginning when the people of outsurance assessed the damage of the car I told them that there is damage to the engine and the gearbox but they ignored me and said there is only cosmetic damage. After the cosmetics had been done they realized that there was damage to the gearbox (As I told them from the start but they ignored me). Now because of the incompetent people who assessed my car I am still waiting for my car and I blame them completely for that because I told them but was ignored. The car was and then recovered so I asked them if the car could be written off as it is now a and recovered code 3 but nooooo, how am I supposed to sell this car now or feel safe driving it when I now how incompetent the people are that is fixing my car if it is taking more than 3 and a half to four months. I want results
