On an annual basis, I seem to complaint about the same card account that had been closed (according to me) a long time ago. When I used to be a NPB client and had a bundle product with one fee, all my cards were supposed to be included in the bundle. Annually I get charged with a card fee that I complain about and was advised by Sean de Necker last year to go into a branch and physically close the account myself. I did that on 28 Feb at Featherbrooke Village's branch and the reference number for the call is 61748263 and I spoke to Sandile. Subsequent to that I've received an sms to confirm delivery of the card to Sunninghill branch and replied NO to the sms - to absolutely NO effect!! Have also since received 2 sms' to remind me to collect the card at Sunninghill and had been debited with a card fee which should be reversed as soon as possible, otherwise I will phone Sydney Gericke directly, since it seems like nobody listen or care about the clients' wishes with regards to the products they wish to close!!
