R650 in Bank Charges every month with a SAVVY???

I opened up a Nedbank savvy with a Just save account which is supposed to be linked. 1.) My just save account was never linked and never activated and still is not!!!??? 2.) I'm supposed to be paying R99 a month on bank charges. I pay around R650 EVERY MONTH in bank charges. Can someone please explain this to me? This is quite ridiculous. Can someone recommend a bank that actually get stuff done properly?
