Call centre agents harass and don't LISTEN

I have been harassed by SMS, email and phone calls by collection call centre agents from Nimble Group since November 2012 for collection of monies they say is due to their client UIF. I have told them NUMEROUS times that the monies are NOT due and that UIF have assessed me wrongly, but it does not register with them. I have an excellent credit rating which I will not ruin by a R2000 account that they say is payable. When will someone with a brain ie a reasonable man realise that they must deal with the issue and query because they can call 10 times a day. No one will ever pay a cent they believe they do not owe. Maybe these lame collection agents hope they will manipulate people to pay by nagging. Well it will NOT work with me.
