Precription debt and stinking attitude

I received a call from nimble collection services today with regards to a sales house account that was opened in 2000. The last payment was in 2003. i have received no contact from sales house or the edcon group or nimble. when i explained to the call centre agent that this debt has prescribed she got all rude and arrogant . i asked her to stop calling me and to stop sending me sms's she than told me that they will not stop and they will keep hounding me. Is this how they treat people. Please update your records. And do take note that this debt has prescribed. I do not want to hear from Nimble again, I WILL take this to the credit regulato
