Harassed for what CPA cleared!

Vodacom handed me over to Symok, fine. I went to the CPA and this was cleared up, I was completely removed from ITC - wonderful! until 6 months later Nimble start harassing me, and no matter how many times I say this has been sorted out the harrassment continues. I have also asked to deal with only one consultant in order to not have to tell the story from start to finish. They must have had a note on the system to say that this was being investigated - however now they phone me almost daily... I have emailed them on numerous occasions the one email was unread after TWO months!!! the investigators at the CPA say that Nimble and other agencies alike buy the debt and try to collect when they fail to do so they sell the debt... they also warned me that the like will use bullying and nagging to get the client to relent and just pay... I have finally just sent them my ITC record to PROVE that Vodacom have removed me.
lets wait and see what happens...
