Potentiate fee structure-REPEAT PROBLEM!

In January 2013 the fee structure on my Potentiate account with ABSA was changed, without being informed thereof. I wrote a note on HELLOPETER (https:///absa/complaints-to-compliments/potentiate-fee-structure-change-981219) and the bank charges were rectified.

However, upon review of my April bank statement, I noted that once again I was being charged bank charges for both my cheque (potentiate) and credit card (titanium) accounts. The Potentiate package is a bundle, which means that I SHOULD pay for the cheque account, which SHOULD include the credit card facility FREE OF CHARGE!!!

WHY WHY WHY does this keep happening???
