Missing IPAD 4 Bought on Potentiate Account

Good day
I purchased an IPAD 4 using my Potentiate Credit Card on the 03 Apr 13. I was informed by the consultant that the IPAD would be delivered with the next 5 working days and that the courier company would give me a call. It's been over 30 days and I have not received any correspondence from the courier company and I called Absa on the 15th of April, and the consultant I spoke to said she can't find the courier tracking number and that she would investigate and call me back, i have not recieved a call from that consultant since. I recieved a call from the courier informing me that the IPAD was in Cape Town, and that it would be sent back to Johannesburg and that I would recieve a call within the next 2 days. I am now stuck with no IPAD and noone giving me clear answers to what should happen next.
Can I ask that someone hehas the tablet delivered to me in the next 5 days, or the amount has already gone off on my credit card be credited back into my card. I have been kept waiting for too long.
