Account application in Feb and still no feedback

I applied for a Potentiate account, trying to move over from standard bank prestige to potentiate and i applied on 25th feb 2013 and todate there has been NO RESPONSE from potentiate, i have to constantly call them, no feedback, constant promises to revert back and i have to chase after them.
