FNB - Deceased Estates Bonds - Uncontactable

I have been trying for 2 days solid to try and get through to FNB Deceased Estates - Bonds. I tried phoning there 087 577 8022 number it just rings then cuts off. I tried 9 other landline numbers that I got from their website together with 9 email addresses and they don't exist. I then phoned 087 311 2111 and lodged a complaint with Varelina on 27/08/13. To date I have not heard from anybody regarding my complaint. All I need is for somebody to phone me and give me advice on closing my bond and obtaining my title deeds on my deceased husbands Estate.
