Warning Std Bank Bonds. Don't apply for a bond!!

Applied 6th of June 2013 for a bond. Received 2 confirmations on same day, was never informed of queries. We had to do this. Notwithstanding replying timely to queries, the application was shelved on various occasions, not informing us. Still cannot indicate today as to why. The rumour circulates that Standard Bank retrenched all their competant staff and now do not have knowledge to process applications. I have been a customer for more than 15 years with Std bank, with attorneys accounts and 3 bonds but regrettably now have to move to another bank.
