House Bonds

There are two house bonds registered on my name at Nedbank but on my salary of R 8500 i don't pay these bonds my parents are recently i sold the houses to them in order to clear my name at the credit bureua as i'm sick and tired of having to explain to lenders that i'm not paying these bonds each and every time i must provide proof of this. According to my parents the contract was signed at the bank. I signed the forms aswell. Could i get some feedback on this.
