I can't believe the service i'm getting from standard bank insurers. On the 25/03/2013 I had an accident and till this day my vehicle has not been fixed. I had to follow up with them to find out how far my claim is and what is being done.
I had to fix the vehicle out of my own pocket. I can't understand why I have insurance but I have to pay for an accident out of my own pocket.
On the 11/04/2013 I spoke to Martin and he informed me that my vehicle will be fixed and on the 17/04/2013 when I followed with them I spoke to Tumie and she said that by Friday the 19th my vehicle will be fixed and I have not received any feedback from them.

I am greatly disappointed with the staff at this bank, I will never recommend anyone to take out insurance from this bank because they are lying to their clients. I feel I wasted a lot of money paying my insurance!
