I have Vehicle Insurance with standard back for many years however with the hail damage both cars were damage it has been 3 weeks now and my one vehicle has still no windscreens front and rear and it is still on my premises at home i phone standard bank on a daily basis but yet they don't care in the mean time my interior leather seats are being damaged due to the lack of Standard Bank being competent well standard bank will have to fork out to pay for new interior on the vehicle and not my insurance every day there is a useless excuse but all i know is standard bank is useless in all ways i will approach cpa and short term insurance ombudsman as well as this has taking long enough and nothing has been done on there behalf as usually take peoples money and don't render a service at all. i expect a call from standard bank manager or someone that knows what they are doing or even the manage
