WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD

Recently my handbag was and i have to have all my personal belongings replaced among those my Standard Bank Cards.
As this happened, I had to stop all my accounts and all my Internet banking.
I then had to register again for most of the items.
On Tuesday the 23rd of April I went into my branch to get my limits and customer information changed, namely my cellphone number. I was then reassured that the problems were all fixed. Never the less the very next day I spend over an hour on the phone as the problem was still not rectified and was once again told that the problems were fixed. Today I tried to log onto my Internet banking and it is still not letting me transfer funds as it is sending my one time pin to another number not my own.
I then phoned and spent a hour and a half on the phone. I was disconnect 3 times while they were transferring me. I then visited my branch again at 11:30, they then said they " amended" everything and i would be able to access my banking by this afternoon. It is now 15:45 and the problem is still not fixed I called again and they say that it will only be done tomorrow.
I am absolutely shocked by the service, I cant believe it.
