Unauthorised debits on my account

Have noted that a Debit order in the name of FoneSure MD-997948-2 goes through on my bank account for the amount of R119.50 on 27/03/2013. On the 25/04/2013 i had another 3 debits of from FONESURE MD-997948-2 for R119.50 and SOMU MD-997948-3 for R49.00 and another one for PHOB MD997948-1 for R19.00... I have no knowledge for what this is, I presume this is insurance for a cell phone, but would like further details as I have not taken any insurance out for my phones.
