Standard Bank

Yesterday, i found out that my Card was used at 2 Sport Shops and amounts of R2986.00 and R1999.00 was debited off my account!! i immediately called standard bank to report, i was at the doctor with my fiance yesterday to gave a check up as she is pregnant. i called again today to see how far they are with this investigation and they told me they will take 3 weeks. i have payments outstanding and debit orders... they are now going to bounce, if i knew this is the response i would get from Standard bank when is committed on my account i would have never used them as my preferred bank. im really upset and i think im going to switch my account to FNB! maybe they care a bit more about there loyal customers.
