Claim finalised in excellent time

Early Saturday evening my car was outside a friend's house during a braai. Not only did this cause considerable distress, it nearly made me late for Jersey Boys!

After reporting the at the police station I conveniently lodged my claim online the following evening. First thing Monday morning I received a call from the adjuster who was courteous and professional. He took the relevant details, requested some documentation and assured me he would have an answer within 10 working days.

Five working days later he contacted me again to inform me the claim had been finalised. The settlement amount was exactly what I was expecting as per the policy schedule.
