Poor responce and empty promises

Upon buying my insurance the operator activated my account for the wrong date, resulting a premature debit to my account. I have complained to a second person that arranged for a fix (this took 4 days). So the debited money was paid back into my account, just for Discovery Insure to force a reversal on my account 3 days later, putting my account under pressure and added penalties to the extend that I had to use y savings money to balance my account. I called again, this time helped by Mr Malatola, the manager as the operator became impatient. Upon several mails and phone calls, I was promised the money has now been returned. The money is still not in my account (3 days later) and Mr. Malatola is not answering his phone. I have called 7 time to his number 011 529 4513 in the last 24 hours. The promise that my situation has priority was false, the promise that my money will be paid back to me asap was false. I have now struggled 1 month and 1 day with this problem and have now cancelled my insurance with them. I can just hope that he did his work on canceling my insurance, if not Hello Peter will hear from me once again.
