Cancelled insurance but still billed for it

This is really frustrating, I cancelled this insurance more than a month ago and it was still debited on my account were I had to be penalized for unpaid premiums of R240.00 .When I complained about this then I was told it will be refunded in 72 hours then to my huge surprise on the 25th Nov R1370.30 has been debited from my account. Your company is really messing my account around I know what to pay and when so I keep enough money for all my debits. This is ruining my credit.

Can someone please sort out this mess before I escalate this, my reference numbers are 3096039443, 3095115145, 3096111843 and 3096114215, 3108453787, 3108455137, 3108453794, 3108494113, 3108497440, 3108453791, 3108455134, 3108455129, 3111018634, 3111019245 I don't want reference numbers I just want my money credited back to my account. I already e-mailed my bank statements showing unpaid premiums and penalties.
