Finally sorted! A lingering claim

I have been one of the many hail storm victims in October 2012. Our house and both vehicles have been hit quite badly and in the process, my vehicle a Hyundai Getz, was written off in January due to the extent of the damage to the frame and body.
After various calls and contact with the insurer, Budget in January 2013, I was under the impression everything has been sorted only to find out later that the bank has not been paid for the outstanding amount and is still deducting the monthly amount from my account. This while I had to replace the vehicle and am paying off a new debt...
I have followed up for the last three months, had two call backs from about five promises with no success.
Then, I had the privilege to receive a call back from Jan van den Belt after demanding to speak to a manager/supervisor. He returned a call in the promised time, he promised payment of money owed to us asap which was done. This gentleman did not only promise service - HE DELIVERED IT! Thank you Jan, you have really lived up to your company's "promise" and delivered more than expected.
