NO CUSTOMER CARE AT VIRGIN INSURANCE

My two week old brand new vehicle was hail damaged in September or October 2012. The claim was lodged and dealt with well, the service provider (Global Hail) was even settled in record time (around 10 days). The problem is, that months later my vehicle has not gone in for repairs and is still hail damaged. I fully understand that a huge volume of vehicles suffered hail damage during that time creating a backlog - the problem is: there is NO continuity of customer care (as well as an infuriatingly annoying automated call taker before you can get to speak to a person) and one speaks to several different persons with no one at Virgin owning a customer's case. Nett Result - NO FEED BACK. Anyway after several frustrating calls I finall got a booking at Global Hail for the 21 January 2013 at Randburg. I continuously requested the Randbaurg workshop as it is an easier venue for me. It was all sorted - I am out of town from the week-end so I made timeous arrangements to drop off the car on 19 Jan 2013 at Randburg. I get a text today (17 Jan 2013) informing me that I must take the vehicle to Isando!!! I call - only a computer talks to me! Enough is Enough!!!
