My car was damaged by a hail storm 3 weeks ago. Every time i phone my insurance company, the reply is that i should phone the hail damage contractor in JHB.The reply i get from that people is Budget has not yet approved the claim.
On the 22/11/2013 I phoned Budget again and I got the same reply and contact nr.
My reply was that it is very bad that the customer must phone around with damaged goods while I have an insurance company. The person promised me that I will be contacted the same day, 4 days have passed and no reply yet.

I would hate to think what would happen when I have an life saving problem and I must phone my insure company BUDGET for an ambulance or assistance.
