I had the misfortune of dealing with Hyundai Umhlanga where I' now question their integrity, ethics and customer service. I viewed a Getz on 9/03/2012.I displayed an interest in it ans was told to pay a holding fee, I paid an amount of R2000 on 11/03. I then sold my existing vehicle on 13/03 and paid a further R29100 on 13/03 towards a deposit and initiation fee and was promised delivery on 16/03.They did not deliver on their promise.thereafter I have been receiving excuses and promises of delivery which never materialised. I have been paying insurance on the car since 16/03.To date I have been fed with empty promises. Yesterday, was the final deadline. Trevor then tells me that there is an issue with the wheel bearing and it can't be delivered. I appreciate his timneous feedback but I asked him to cancel the deal. And I must say he seemed quite relieved to hear that. Which leads me to believe that the dealership either has another interested customer, or the vehicle is not in great condition. This has been the worst display of customer services I have ever experienced, not to mention the involved.my dream of owning a Getz has been shattered, which is a relief since who wants to invest
