I got out a new contract and as agreed they we will debit with in 48 hrs and i got an sms stating they will debit on t he 22/12/2013 and they went and debited my account on the 27th wen they saw fit
the sms CLEARLY states they will debit on the 22/12/2013 holiday or weekend i don't care the sms said that date so they were supposed to debit on that day now they have gone and debited my account on the wrong day..
and refused to credit my account.
very unprofessional if you ask me!!
wen i call the call center i just keep being bounced around
VODACOM I DO HAVE TIME TO TAKE YOU COURT IF THAT'S WHAT YOU WANT!!
Is this how you treat new customers??
