After i recieved response on Hello Peter which was vague. becouse some questions not answered, i wrote to the following email to Iwyze with all my attachement . to date i have received any feedback from them

o Attached are the emails I have sending to Elvis and Iwyze admin, I only got two responses which did not address my concerns
o The other problem is that Iwyze debited my account for June premium for the car i am not using (this was not addressed on hello peter)
o In 2 days' time MFC will debit my account for the I don't use . this will be a result of poor service I am getting from you
