Iwyze-not so wize afterall!

My car was written off as from the 11th August, according to Iwyze by the way. What I find surprising is the fact that the bank and Iwyze are still debiting their monthly instalments where as I do not drive the car, nor the insurance's courtesy car. the problem is that I cannot buy another car, because the debt is still not cleared/ paid up by the insurance that promised to pay off a few weeks ago. I am angry at the fact that I am carless but still paying for a car and insurance.
