Delayed tactics on car insurance claim

Good day
On the 22nd of May 2013, i put a claim with iwyze, after i was involved with in mva, almost on daily basis when i call them find out the progress on my claim they would tell me that they are waiting for feedback from assessor. Occasionally i would leave messages for Elvis of send email for someone to call me back.
No one called me; Elvis did not return the calls,
Sometimes i call and the would put me on hold until i give the put the phone down
You ask to speak to someone senior, they refuse
On Monday the 27th i called Elvis and promised him i would take the matter further. He promised to call be by the next day before 10 am, which never happened, i called him around 2 pm and he was full of excuses' and was apologetic as usual, promised to call me on Wednesday. Same thing happened,
1 other problem is that iwyze debited my account for June premium for the car i am not using
