Yesterday i transferred 2500 into my credit card, i did this to pay part of it and to have the rest of the money available for me to use the rest of this month. This morning when i went to draw money for petrol I only had 200 available, I phoned them and they then tell me after i paid the 2500 they decreased my limit. They now need to apply for me for another limit increase and now i will only find out next week if i will get my money back. I phoned the complaints department and they told me that i will get a response after 24hours (ref 2318584). I have been with absa for 20 years now and I have been officially put into trouble, i start a new job beginning of next month and that was suppose to be part of my petrol money to get to work. No communication was done with me via any means till i phoned. I am highly disappointed and have expected so much more from absa, you guys have shown that your company has no humanity towards your faithful clients and will anyone over no matter what as long as you guys come on top.

ONE very dissapointed and angry client.
