Pathetic Service - No feedback!!!

It's almost been a most and I don't know what's happening with my car!! I understood that it would take Danmar 8 days to repair according to their quote which was authorized! I have to phone Discovery constantly to get feedback. I have not once just received a call with feedback... it has always been that they return my call to give me feedback.

From the start of this claim all I got was bad service. No one has phoned even after the first time I put Discovery on Hello Peter to just apologise. I am absolutely disgusted in this!!!
