Once again!!! NO FEEDBACK

My car repairs according to the quote was supposed to take 8 days! It's been more than a month!!!

Discovery's Claims manager, Farhana is now not taking my calls! Danmar promised to have my car done today but now they are delaying it AGAIN!!! now it will only be done on Tuesday! Shocking. Farhana is now avoiding my calls... I have been holding on and left messages.

This is supposed to be Discovery's job to follow up on repairs but i have not once had any feedback from them this whole week!..if not more than this week. The car hire has to go back as it's "out of their control"

I have kids to take to school, have to go to work, pick up kids from school... but as Discovery states "That's my problem"

I am shocked at this level of service from "DISCOVERY"
