NO FEEDBACK AT ALL

When I signd up at discover insure it was great the guy was vey helpful but now I am truly not liking it I put a claim throw on weds and no feedback left msgs for the guy that is dealing with my claim and he as not foned me when I found in the morning they said by today ur claim will be sorted out by 4 that is nd nothing so I called I am very irated and off my car is still not fixed my sound is still not bak wats the point of insuring ur car if they not help full I am really thinking of changing my insures this is not on at all DISCOVERY wat a big name but no 1 wants to help u and at least give u feedback but nothing really is this how ul treat a custome
