I bought a house in the above address and was transferred to my name on the 14/11/2011, until current date i can't occuppy the house because the person by the name Thabani Mchunu was renting the place from FNB. He doesn't want to evict the house because he's claiming that FNB owes him money for renovating the place. He said he wrote the letter to FNB offerring to buy the house but was declined, he said he won't move until his money is paid in full. His lawyers by the name Cele khama Naidoo have got all the info about this case - their contact details 031 -3014202. I am now renting another place while paying the bond, this tenant refused to pay the rent. I'm also paying the lawyers to sort out the matter but this is putting a huge strain in my life since i have to pay for extra costs that were not budgetted for. The house was auctioned in May 2011 to Rookaya Ebrahim and i bought it from them with this problem. The selling agent Dormehl property group had assured me that the tenants will move out as soon as the house is registered in my name which has never been the case. Plse help me to get the bank to reply to all this before my house is repossesed by me failing to pay, i'm broke
