Auctioned House WITHOUT NOTIFICATION

My name Is Mr Moletsane and My Home Loan account is 363062548. On May this Year, my house was auctioned without any notification from Standard bank, we were receiving calls from third party's that our house was listed on the auction side of Standard bank and they wanted to view the house. we contacted Standard bank and they said that they will come back to us and until today we are still waiting and the house was auctioned and the new owner served us with his lawyers documents that we need to vacate the house within 7 days. We had to make arrangements to move our things and Standard Bank still hasn't contacted us, either via mail or phone. Now i have doubts about the house that it was properly auctioned as it still shows that i am still the owner and the Municipality has confirmed as well that the house is still under my name. I want clarity from Standard Bank that what the is going on as i feel like this house was hijacked from us.
Can we please get a solution to this problem because i can't keep paying property rates for the house i don't own to the municipality.
