House

I was granted a bond with standard bank its been 2 months and the bond has registered and i still did not move in on registration i was suppose to get the key we found out there is still people in the house.i signed at the bond attorneys to move in to a vacant house then the transferring attorneys said i must deal with the people that sold the house but why is it my problem but in anycase i did so the agents that i dealt witjh drew up a 2 month contract to get this people out but now they failed to pay now they making it my problem this is the 1st time im buying a house and its not nice knowing you payed everyone but now no one wants to help im renting again and paying a bond its not fair!!!
