I wounder why a group of illiterates would want to take a charge from a reputable company like discovery and fail to maintain it. Ever since I moved from discovery to momentum, I have been having endless problems, mi account is deactivated almost every 2 weeks, I have to spend money to call the call center, I have sent emails, but still everyone is promising n no one is attending to mi concerns, these illiterates have embarrassed me one too many times by blocking mi accounts always. I have been billed more than once before, I was called a disturbance once n no one cares there, I drove all the way to there offices today, only to b informed that, there is no supervisor, nor team leader or a manager after 16:00 hours, only useless consultants wit limited knowledge, I was also told that, am not entitled to speak to a manager at any time, only these consultants. The managers at momentum ar, no one has to speak to them. These banch of illiterates should not take responsibility over a product that they cant manage
