I am at a loss for words here. I applied to become a member of Momentum Medical Aid, having been a loyal Discovery member before I thought i would give Momentum a chance, BADDD mistake! They very politely billed me my first months premium but I am YET to receive any kind of medical aid card or my Momentum Multuiply card. When you try and get some answers you get absolutely nowhere. I have mailed them countless times and tried calling. Either you get this pathetic generic response or the agent on the call cant help you. I WANT MY MONEY CREDITED BACK TO ME AND I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEDICAL AID WITH THIS RIDICULOUS COMPANY!!! NOW!!!
