I encountered several problems with this Momentum company. Firstly, the Call Centre does not answer their phones. Secondly, I e-mailed them and they didn't give me constructive feedback, they only replied by an automatic electronic e-mail which did not help me at all. Seemingly they are not customer-centric and their sharecall number and landline has very poor voice prompts. I REGRET ever associating myself with this Momentum company.
