Breach of Contract and unfairly treated

It was in February 2013, when I contacted Liquid Capital for a Quotation for an Extended Warranty and Service Warranty. I spoke to Verushka who gave me a good service. And advised me of how much each would cost and the terms. We agreed that the first debit order will be in April the 20th. I noticed that only one debit order was submitted and called to query. To my surprise, the service is not active and my car is due for a service, as per terms, I need to be consistent on the service and the fact that my contract starts at 150000KM. I have spoken to Thembeka and Kendal and did suggest that I speak to their superiors if it is out of their control. They both promised to call me back and none did. My last call was on Tuesday, where I advised Thembeka how important the matter is as my car has already been booked for a service and is now beyond 150000 and she said she was going to call me on Wednesday before 8h30 and today is Thursday still no call. I have called x3 times today and all my calls were disconnected without being answered
